Donors won’t be making any money regardless but might not want to part with a pricy item for a small amount of money raised. Submission Deadline for forms AND items: Wednesday, October 22. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items that can’t be placed on a table such as Weekend Retreat, Music Lessons, Kayak, etc: We (or you) can make an 81⁄2 x 11” poster for the auction table. You could also provide a flier, photos, or whatever might be appropriate for the table. Also, please provide a flier or card with any details and your contact information which we will put in an envelope to give to the winner.Submitting forms: You may submit your form prior to delivering your item. We encourage this, since it really helps with our planning. Submit form(s) via email, snail mail, online at SaratogaVoices.org, or in person at a rehearsal. Thanks!Delivering Items: You can bring (or find a Saratoga Voices member to bring) your items to a rehearsal. Items will not be accepted if you haven’t submitted a form.
